Job summary

Evri Group is expanding at the Eastleigh site in Hampshire and is seeking an Operations Controller to support driver coordination, documentation, and daily admin tasks. This permanent, full-time role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and adherence to health and safety policies on site.

The position offers a structured environment with regular reporting, system driven communications, and opportunities to contribute to a busy parcel delivery network across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-brief/de-brief and complete driver documentation and communication with drivers/customers.
• Support in driver briefings and de-briefs as required.
• Control asset management, container portal updates, daily container counts, and scanner controls.
• Check SP payments and produce daily/monthly reporting.
• Complete admin tasks and maintain filing systems including vetting, driver setup, and ID badges.

Days - Operations Controller

ContractType: Permanent – 40 hours

What You’ll Do:

• You will assist in the Pre-Brief/De-Brief and complete Driver documentation, maintain company documentation, and communicate with Drivers and Customers via telephone and appropriate company IT Systems.
• Driver pre-brief or evening de-brief as required.
• Control company asset management, including container portal updates, daily container counts, key and scanner controls.
• Check SP payments and issue associated daily/monthly reporting.
• Complete all admin tasks and maintain a suitable filing system including SP/employee vetting, driver set up processes, and ID badge ordering.
• Deal with customer queries via Company IT systems.
• Any reasonable request from a Manager/Supervisor.
• All Health and Safety policies and procedures are complied with (as stated in the employee handbook/displayed at the location) in line with Site Risk Assessments.
• Comply with Company guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance, and display appropriate behaviour whilst on site.
