Job summary

Evri Group Swindon site is seeking an Operations Controller to join our permanent team on 30 hours per week. The role runs days, Monday to Friday, 14:30–21:30, at Swindon location.

You will support driver pre-brief/de-brief, complete driver documentation, and maintain company records. You’ll communicate with drivers and customers using our company IT systems, perform admin tasks, and uphold Health and Safety policies on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination or administrative support.
• Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and customers.
• Familiarity with IT systems for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driver pre-brief and de-brief and complete driver documentation.
• Complete and maintain company documentation and communicate with Drivers and Customers via IT systems.
• Complete all admin tasks and maintain filing systems including vetting and ID badges.

Position: Operations Controller

ContractType: Permanent – 30 hours

Location: Swindon

Shift: Days / Monday – Friday 14:30 - 21:30

Salary: £12.71 per hour

What You’ll Do

You will assist in the Pre-Brief/De-Brief and complete Driver documentation. You will also complete and maintain the company documentation. As well as communicating with Drivers and Customers via telephone and appropriate company IT systems.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Driver pre-brief or evening de-brief as required
• Control company asset management, notably container portal updates, daily container counts, key and scanner controls
• Check SP payments and issue associated daily/monthly reporting
• Complete all admin tasks and maintain a suitable filing system including SP/employee vetting, driver set up processes, ID badge ordering
• Deal with customer queries via Company IT systems
• Any reasonable request from a Manager/Supervisor
• All Health and Safety policies and procedures are complied with (as stated in the employee handbook/displayed at the location) in line with Site Risk Assessments
• Comply with Company's guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance and display appropriate behaviour whilst on site.
