Job summary

Evri Group is seeking an Operations Controller for the Carlisle site. The role involves supporting driver briefs, updating container and asset records, and handling driver and customer communications. You will complete admin tasks, maintain documentation, and run daily reports.

A Monday-to-Friday, 40-hour contract offers stability and onsite work at Carlisle. The position requires administration experience, good teamwork, and a proactive, flexible approach to daily parcel operations and customer

Operations Controller

Carlisle

Shifts: Mon-Fri , 11.30hrs - 20.00

ContractType:Permanent – 40 hours

£12.71 per hour

What You’ll Do:

You will assist in the Pre-Brief/De-Brief and complete Driver documentation. You will also complete and maintain the company documentation. As well as communicating with Drivers and Customers via telephone and appropriate company IT Systems.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Driver pre-brief or evening de-brief asrequired
• Control company asset management, notably container portal updates, daily container counts, key and scanner controls
• Check SP payments and issue associated daily/monthly reporting
• Complete all admin tasks andmaintaina suitable filing system including SP/employee vetting, driver set up processes, ID badge ordering
• Deal with customer queries via Company IT systems
• Any reasonable request from a Manager/Supervisor
• All Health and Safety policies and procedures arecomplied with(asstatedin the employee handbook/displayed at the location) in line with Site Risk Assessments
• Comply withCompany guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance and displayappropriate behaviourwhilst on site.
