Job summary

TSA Riley Infrastructure – UK, Ireland and Canada is seeking a Business Support Manager to ensure the smooth, compliant operation of the business from our Manchester office, four days a week onsite. This role combines office management, facilities, health & safety, and cross-functional business coordination.

You will lead coordination of audits, governance documents, supplier management, and executive support, while enhancing workplace experience and adherence to industry standards in the rail

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office, operations, facilities or business support management.
• Strong organisation, planning and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated or compliance driven environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities, equipment, suppliers and workplace resources.
• Coordinate health, safety and compliance activities; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Manage rail compliance (Sentinel, RISQS) and related passes; act as contact for auditors.
• Support executives with reports, presentations and internal communications.
• Monitor actions and deadlines; coordinate cross-functional activities.
