Job summary

TSA Riley Infrastructure is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead controls across major infrastructure programmes in the UK. You will forecast costs, develop robust schedules, and deliver executive-level reporting, while challenging performance and driving improvements.

Working with client stakeholders and delivery teams, you will own risk processes, manage change, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative PMO environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Controls Manager role within major infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost, risk, reporting, governance and performance management.
• Experience producing client-facing reporting and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project controls across one or multiple infrastructure workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules with baseline management and progress measurement.
• Provide accurate cost forecasting and performance analysis to support decisions.
• Own risk and opportunity processes, running workshops and embedding mitigations.
• Deliver regular controls reporting packs with KPIs, dashboards and executive narrative.
• Support change control, capturing schedule/cost impacts and governance approvals.
