Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in a field relevant to shaping or delivering projects in the built environment.
• Experience delivering construction related projects in a client-side or consulting environment.
• Professional accreditation with CIOB, RICS or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring scope, budget and programme targets.
• Coordinate inputs across procurement, design, delivery planning, site activity, and contractor engagement.
• Build trusted client relationships through clear, responsive communication.
• Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and capture opportunities early.
• Drive commercial performance through budget control and contract administration.
