Job summary

TSA Riley is seeking a Project Manager in Manchester to lead delivery of diverse projects within the built environment. The role supports pre-construction, development management and delivery stage PM services across offices in Manchester and Bolton.

You will work with clients and delivery partners, coordinating inputs from consultants and contractors while maintaining quality, programme and budget controls. This is a chance to grow within a steadily expanding consultancy.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification project management experience in consultancy or client-facing environments.
• A built environment-related degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience across residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, leisure and/or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, procure, coordinate inputs to ensure quality delivery.
• Lead meetings, site coordination and project documentation.
• Monitor programme and cost performance; identify deviations.
• Track risks, opportunities and commercial factors; escalate issues.
• Resolve conflicts and mitigate delays to keep projects on track.
• Prepare reports using TSA Riley systems and templates.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and delivery partners.
• Manage client expectations to support satisfaction and trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with teams to share knowledge and foster a positive culture.
• Manage risk, safety and compliance per TSA Riley standards.
• Contribute to proposals and continuous improvement activities.
