Henderson Group in Newtownabbey is hiring an Operations & Change Co‑Ordinator – Trading to drive effective trading decision‑making and operational excellence. You will produce actionable reports, manage data governance, design processes, and support the rollout of new systems in a busy wholesale trading environment.
This hybrid, full‑time role offers 36.5 hours per week with a focus on change delivery, training, and stakeholder engagement across Trading, IT, Finance and Supply Chain.

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
