Henderson Group is seeking an experienced Operations Trainer to design and deliver engaging training across FLT, MEWP and safety programmes at our Newtownabbey site. You will assess learner performance, maintain records and foster a strong safety culture while supporting business growth.
The role requires at least 2 years’ operational experience with forklift/handling equipment, solid training delivery chops, and strong IT and communication skills.

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
