Henderson Group in Newtownabbey is hiring an Operations & Change Co‑Ordinator – Trading to drive effective trading decision‑making and operational excellence. You will produce actionable reports, manage data governance, design processes, and support the rollout of new systems in a busy wholesale trading environment.

This hybrid, full‑time role offers 36.5 hours per week with a focus on change delivery, training, and stakeholder engagement across Trading, IT, Finance and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including large data sets and functions like VLOOKUP/Pivot.
• Experience contributing to process improvements, business change initiatives, or system implementations.
• Ability to deliver accurate work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, business-focused reports and presentations highlighting drivers, risks, opportunities and trends.
• Identify data issues and improvement opportunities, providing proactive analysis and recommendations.
• Support improvements to processes, reporting and data usage across Trading operations.
• Collaborate with IT, Data and external partners to support system changes.
• Support testing, validation and transition of new systems into BAU operations.
• Promote adoption of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
