Octopus Legacy is seeking an operations-automation lead to map and optimise workflows across Compliance, Fulfilment, and Drafting. You will build scalable automations in HubSpot, Zapier, Google Apps Script and Claude, replacing manual steps with reliable processes that scale with volume.

You’ll roll out changes with proper training, track adoption, and act as the operational point of contact for document storage and fulfilment partners, ensuring customer standards are met.

• Map current end-to-end workflows across Compliance, Fulfilment and Drafting.
• Identify delays and failure points; propose automation and improved policy.
• Roll out changes with training and adoption tracking.
• Create clear SOPs and guides for teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve core processes across Compliance, Fulfilment and Drafting.
• Build and maintain workflows and automations in HubSpot, Zapier, Google Apps Script and Claude.
• Make performance visible with dashboards and regular reporting.
• Roll out changes with training and ensure adoption.
• Manage partners; ensure service levels and feed performance into reporting.
• Write clear SOPs and keep them up to date.
