Job summary

Bolt is seeking an Operations Specialist to support UK operations by driving excellence while ensuring licensing, regulatory and internal policy alignment. You will question current processes, simplify workflows, analyze data, and implement practical automation that improves efficiency, accuracy and scalability.

Working with the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will own improvement projects from scoping through adoption, potentially redesigning processes and building automations with AI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, compliance or process improvement; transport/logistics a plus.
• Strong compliance and risk awareness in evaluating processes, automations and changes.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools to solve operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence projects end-to-end from problem definition to implementation and monitoring.
• Review, redesign, standardise and automate processes using AI and other tools, ensuring compliant results.
• Partner with process owners to validate needs and design practical solutions.
• Support compliance operations by maintaining records, monitoring regulatory alignment and addressing gaps.
• Analyse data to identify trends, assess risks and recommend improvements to processes and safety features.
• Support UK launches and changes by ensuring readiness and clear process documentation.
