Overview:

Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play a crucial role that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, receiving products, and working with delivery riders. Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials, day and night. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers eager to reshape retail faster than ever before. Plus, if you like snacks, you'll fit right in.

You Will:

1. Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
2. Receive products from vendors, verify counts, and resolve discrepancies
3. Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders
4. Clean and organize the warehouse
5. Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
6. Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items

You Have:

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments (preferred but not required)
3. Availability during peak hours from 5 pm to 2 am with a flexible schedule
4. Basic knowledge of web-based applications (Google G-Suite)
5. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly
