Overview:

Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving product, and working with delivery riders. Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We're assembling a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk takers ready to reshape retail faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

You Will:

1. Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
2. Receive product from vendors, ensure counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies
3. Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
4. Clean and organize warehouse
5. Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO practices
6. Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items

You Have:

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment (preferred, not required)
3. Availability during peak hours of 5pm - 2am and flexibility with schedule
4. Basic knowledge of web-based software applications (Google G-Suite)
5. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repetitively
