Job description

Overview:

Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products, and working with delivery riders. Customers turn to Gopuff for everyday essentials, day and night, rain or shine. We're building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers to reshape retail faster than ever before. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

You Will:
  1. Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
  2. Receive products from vendors, ensure counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
  3. Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders.
  4. Clean and organize the warehouse.
  5. Manage waste and spoilage by adhering to FIFO practices.
  6. Contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
You Have:
  1. Must be 18 years or older.
  2. Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment (preferred, not required).
  3. Availability during peak hours of 5pm - 2am and flexibility with schedule.
  4. Basic knowledge of web-based software applications (Google G-Suite).
  5. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. repeatedly.
