Job description

A growing, high-end skincare brand is looking for an Operations Assistant to help drive excellence behind the scene on a temporary basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the key point of contact with 3PL providers, managing inventory levels, coordinating order fulfilment, and ensuring timely delivery.

Reconciling inventory across internal platforms and external 3PL systems.

Supporting inbound logistics (stock from suppliers) and outbound orders (retail and D2C).

Assisting with day-to-day order processing, shipping queries, and troubleshooting logistics issues.

Keeping clean, accurate records of stock movements, supplier interactions, and fulfilment logs.

Supporting operational compliance and quality processes in line with brand standards.

Collaborating closely with the Key Account Manager to support retail partnerships and new launches.

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or supply chain, ideally within beauty, fashion, or consumer goods.

Familiarity with working alongside 3PLs or e-commerce fulfilment partners.

Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Strong working knowledge of inventory platforms, Excel, and order management tools.

Clear communicator who’s solutions-focused and comfortable working in a small, collaborative team.
