Job description

Susamusa is hiring an Operations Assistant to join our team and assist with our continued growth.

You’ll be responsible for customer communication, order packing and shipping, and supporting daily operations across fulfilment and logistics. This is a hands-on role where you’ll follow clear processes to keep fulfilment running smoothly and make sure customers get fast, helpful responses.

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service and ecommerce fulfilment who’s detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable communicating in our tone of voice.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack online orders for daily dispatch
