Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited, through Plumb Centre in Leeds, is recruiting an Operations Assistant. You’ll work in the warehouse picking and packing goods, assist with branch operations and help meet customer requirements.

This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a competitive salary plus bonus and a generous benefits package including pension, healthcare, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Able to handle a physically demanding job.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing goods in the warehouse.
• Driving the 3.5t van when required.
• Putting away deliveries into allocated areas.
• Assisting the team across the branch to meet customer requirements.
• Manual handling and using lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Working within the warehouse picking/packing goods
• Driving the 3.5t van when required
• Putting away deliveries into allocated areas
• Assisting the team in all areas of the branch including the trade counter and where needed to ensure customer requirements are met
• Manual handling and using lifting equipment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm.
