Job summary

Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring an Operations Assistant in Leeds to support warehouse tasks and customer service at the branch. You will work 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, combining picking/packing, deliveries, and counter support in a busy branch.

Full UK driving license is required and the role is physically demanding; warehouse experience is essential. The company offers benefits including annual leave, a matched pension, and potential bonuses.

• Working within the warehouse picking/packing goods.
• Driving the 3.5t van when required.
• Putting away deliveries into allocated areas.
• Assisting the team in all areas of the branch including the trade counter and where needed to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manual handling and using lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Working within the warehouse picking/packing goods
• Driving the 3.5t van when required
• Putting away deliveries into allocated areas

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm.
