Job summary

Plumb Centre Leeds, part of the Wolseley Group, is looking for an Operations Assistant in Leeds. You will work in the warehouse picking and packing, and you may drive a 3.5t van to support deliveries while putting goods away in their allocated areas.

You’ll also assist the team at the branch to ensure customer requirements are met. The role is permanent, full-time, and requires a UK driving license and the ability to handle a physically demanding job.

As an Operations Assistant based in Leeds you will be responsible for:

• Working within the warehouse picking/packing goods


• Driving the 3.5t van when required


• Putting away deliveries into allocated areas


• Assisting the team in all areas of the branch including the trade counter and where needed to ensure customer requirements are met


• Manual handling and using lifting equipment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm.
