Job summary

David Lloyd in Chigwell is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure our members feel safe and enjoy an excellent experience daily, seven days a week. You will support across the club with tasks including cleaning, opening/closing duties, greeting members and assisting teams as needed.

The role emphasises teamwork, effective communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting. A Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential; benefits include free club access and growth

• Has an over all passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable, not essential for this role.
