Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure members feel safe and enjoy an exceptional experience daily. The role supports multiple club departments with tasks including cleaning, opening/closing duties, and warmly greeting members.

We look for someone passionate about service, a strong communicator and team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting. An emergency response qualification is desirable but not essential.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week.
• Assist across club departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening/closing, greeting members, and supporting teams as needed.
