Cardiff Metropolitan University is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the delivery of our sports facilities across front of house and within the sport venues to ensure a high-quality, safe environment for students, athletes and the community.
You will work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate effective communication and time management, and use Microsoft Office tools to help run the facilities efficiently. Prior experience in a sports environment is preferred.
The Operations Assistant is a key role in delivering our sports facilities, working across areas of the operation, including front of house and within the sports facilities to assist the team in providing a high-quality facility, a safe environment in which students, athletes and the community can train, compete and spectate.
As our Operations Assistant, you’ll:
You’ll be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and display effective communication and time management skills. An ability to use Microsoft Office platforms will help to ensure effective utilisation of our facilities. Additionally, you’ll bring previous work experience of working within a sports environment.
