Cardiff Metropolitan University is seeking an Operations Assistant to help run the campus sports facilities, including front of house, safety procedures and supporting the sports programme for students, staff and the community.
You will work as part of a team, using Microsoft Office, with emphasis on customer service, bookings and guidance to facilities. Prior experience in a sports environment is preferred.
The Operations Assistant is a key role in delivering our sports facilities, working across areas of the operation, including front of house and within the sports facilities to assist the team in providing a high-quality facility, a safe environment in which students, athletes and the community can train, compete and spectate.

You’ll be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and display effective communication and time management skills. An ability to use Microsoft Office platforms will help to ensure effective utilisation of our facilities. Additionally, you’ll bring previous work experience of working within a sports environment.
