Linklaters is seeking an experienced facilities and technical services professional to keep our UK offices running smoothly. You will coordinate suppliers, contractors and internal teams to maintain building performance, compliance and efficiency.

You will lead multiple projects, manage budgets and drive improvements while minimising disruption in a fast-paced professional services environment. This is a full-time on-site role in London.

Qualifikationen

• We’re looking for an experienced technical and building services professional who can solve operational issues and coordinate suppliers, stakeholders and projects.
• Strong technical knowledge, practical approach and the confidence to work across building and facilities services.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to keep things moving in a busy professional environment.

Aufgaben

• Supporting technical, engineering and facilities services across our UK offices.
• Keeping building systems reliable, efficient and fully operational.
• Working closely with landlords, suppliers, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Supporting the delivery of facilities services, including cleaning, security and waste management.
• Leading building changes, moves and projects, with focus on compliance, quality and minimal disruption.
• Overseeing maintenance, repairs, inspections, testing and defect resolution.
• Monitoring supplier performance and service quality to meet standards.
• Managing supplier budgets and cost plans.
• Using operational data and insights to identify improvements and develop proactive plans.
