Job summary

Linklaters is a global law firm seeking an experienced technical and building services leader to own and improve the UK estate. Based in London, you will oversee hard and soft facilities management, manage supplier partnerships, and drive performance against KPIs while shaping long-term building performance and ESG initiatives.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and champion innovative service delivery across the firm’s offices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading building or facilities management across a complex estate.
• Strong technical and engineering background across mechanical and electrical services.
• Proven track record in supplier, contract and performance management.
• Knowledge of health and safety and relevant professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and facilities management services across UK offices.
• Oversee M&E, fabric maintenance, BMS, CAFM, energy metering, and security systems.
• Manage cleaning, security, waste, pest control, plants, moves, signage and wayfinding.
• Develop long-term improvement plans and lead change with minimal disruption to the business.
• Lead and develop the team, supporting resilience, succession planning and professional growth.
