Job summary

Culina is seeking an Operations Administrator at our Panattoni Park site, on a full-time permanent basis. You will support day-to-day site operations and compliance, providing organised and friendly service.

Salary is £26,000 per annum with Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm. Key duties include coordinating inbound/outbound loads, ensuring paperwork is correct, and handing over to the next shift.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with gatehouse staff regarding inbound/outbound loads and allocate bays/trailers.
• Ensure inbound/outbound paperwork is dealt with correctly.
• Generate, organise and store pick notes efficiently.
• Ensure all outbound orders have paperwork generated and provided to the driver on collection.
• Communicate customer requirements for orders when appropriate.
• Report issues to Warehouse manager/shift supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist warehouse staff with IT issues and escalate when needed.
• Provide a thorough handover to the following shift highlighting issues and current state of play.
• Participate as an active member of the operations team and suggest improvements.
• Perform additional IT tasks as needed.
