Right now, we’re looking for a sharp, detail-loving superstar to join our logistics/operations team as an Operations Administrator. It’s a key role at the heart of what we do—and we’re seeking someone ready to bring energy, own their role, and grow with us.

The Role at a Glance:

  • Operations Administrator
  • London based (E16), 3-4 days per week in the office, 1 day remote, and monthly visits to Northampton Warehouse
  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Reporting to: Logistics Manager

Your Skills:
  • Experience in events, event planning, logistics, stakeholder and vendor management, data management, minute taking, scheduling, administration, and coordination

The Operations Administrator role:

Your Responsibilities Will Cover:

  • Email & Communication Management: Keeping inboxes tidy and stakeholders informed
  • Event & Logistics Coordination: Supporting seamless events from planning to wrap-up
  • Document & Data Management: Managing forms, files, and details
  • Meetings & Coordination: Organizing and making meetings effective
  • Sales Team Support: Facilitating communication between sales and logistics, supporting event admin
  • General Admin: Assisting where needed and maintaining workflow
A bit about you:
  • Experience in operations, logistics, or event planning
  • Knowledge of platforms like Jotforms and staffing portals
  • Expert multitasker with attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, comfortable working with multiple teams
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tools
  • Calm under pressure, deadline-oriented, proactive
  • Team player and independent worker
  • Problem-solver with good judgment
