Pharos Response in Wokingham is seeking a highly organised administrator to coordinate service delivery, manage multiple tasks and support a friendly risk-management team.
You will handle emails to clients, maintain project schedules, and assist colleagues across the business; the role offers permanent, office-based work with some holiday-flexibility, pension, and wellbeing benefits.
Are you a highly organised multitasker with good attention to detail? Could you help keep our operations running smoothly, keeping on top of our project schedules to ensure our clients receive the outputs they were expecting, when they expected them? If you’re looking for a varied admin role where you can learn new skills and develop over the longer term within a friendly, supportive team this might be the perfect fit for you.
We are looking for a flexible, multi-purpose administrator who is comfortable juggling different tasks and jumping in where needed. You should have a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset to identify and resolve potential issues before they become a problem. You’ll be comfortable keeping on top of project management and CRM software and be confident sending emails to customers and our team of expert risk management advisers to ensure everyone is on track and in the loop.
This role requires someone who can seamlessly do more than one thing at a time, proven in your experience of working in a busy office environment for 2+ years. You’ll be the kind of person who enjoys variety, as we hope the successful candidate will adopt new responsibilities and grow alongside our small but thriving business over time.
We’re a small, well-regarded team making a big impact on a growing number of clients. We help them to prevent, prepare for, and respond to risk management challenges in the UK and overseas.
Our clients include schools of all types, travel and adventure operators, youth organisations, and charities. Working from our lovely office in the heart of historic Wokingham, you’ll be joining an energetic, specialist team where your contribution will be genuinely valued.
Initially, your primary focus will be on administering and coordinating our service delivery. This will make up the majority of your time, with the remainder spent supporting other colleagues in the office as a versatile team player.
Due to the nature of our clients' work with children and the access to confidential personal data, the successful candidate will need to maintain professional confidentiality and will be required to conduct a Disclosure and Barring Service (police screening) check.
Please note: We are only able to accept applications from individuals who have full UK working rights. We are an Equal Opportunities employer and have signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant scheme, so we welcome applications from those who have served or been connected to the armed forces.
