Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking an Operations Administrator to enhance their operations teams during a key project. As an Operations Administrator, you’ll be directly involved in supporting the firm's operations teams with a key project.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you’ll:

  • Create, maintain and amend client records to ensure these reconcile against our external custodians, accurately recording progress against a change plan as part of an ongoing wider firm project.
  • Update internal records to reflect work in progress, and provide weekly updates to senior management.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of all systems.
  • Develop your knowledge and personal skills within Investment Operations.
  • Carry out any other duties as requested by Departmental or Senior Management to support the department or firm.

What we’re looking for:

  • GCSEs grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the financial market and financial services.
  • An ability to use your own initiative and adapt to change.
  • Good attention to detail and proven accuracy.

We would particularly welcome applicants who have:

  • Previous experience working in an Operations team within Financial Services.
