The successful candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, reporting, and customer relations, ensuring smooth daily operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Coordination
  • Assist withday-to-day operations for new and ongoing relief efforts
  • Reconcile aid projects to completion in collaboration with Key Account Managers
  • Record all project details in the company’s CRM system in a timely manner
Data & Documentation Management
  • Use in-house systems to log & generate operational documentation
  • Create project reports on specific flight missions
  • Produce weekly status updates on relief projects
  • Interact withkey accounts & suppliers, ensuring smooth business operations
  • Provide customer support and handle inquiries effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with key business partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask & maintain attention to detail
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable team player
