Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking an Operations Administrator to support Integrated Packing Services at Bardon. The role involves reporting daily performance, handling invoicing queries, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Working Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm, you will collaborate with the Site General Manager and CAM, collate KPI data, manage master data, and assist with payroll reporting. Salary £29,000–£32,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Report site daily performance to GM and CAM.
• Collate and report invoicing data to IPS accounts.
• Validate weekly supplier charges and raise POs.
• Ensure all reports are current and accurate.
• Serve as primary contact for customers' financial queries.
• Compile daily/weekly KPI reports for stakeholders.
• Forecast warehouse, transport and production activities.
• Manage ASN and master data; support payroll reports.

As part of our, Integrated Packing Services, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team asanOperations Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours : Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.

As anOperations Administrator you will workclosely with the Site General Manager at Bardon, the Operations Administrator role is to report the site’s daily performance, weekly site results and be the first point of contact for all invoicing queries.

Key Duties of anOperations Administrator:

• Work closely with GM and CAM to report sites daily performance.
• Collateand reportall invoicing data to IPS accounts.
• Validateweekly supplier’s charges and raisePOs.
• Ensure that all reports show accurate and up to date information.
• Be the primary contact for customers for all financial queries.
• Collate daily and weekly reports of operational KPIs and sharewith major stakeholders.
• Collatewarehouse, transport and production forecasting and reportto stakeholders.
• Manage ASN and masterdata.
• Compilemonthly and weekly payroll reports.
• Workclosely with agencies to ensure payroll is accurate for all staff members.
