Job summary

Performance Resourcing is recruiting a Regional Accountant to oversee financial operations across multiple franchised car dealerships in Banbury and the surrounding area. The role involves reporting to senior management and leading the Accounts Administration and Sales Administration teams to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Accountant within a franchised motor dealership.
• Experience managing the accounts and financial performance of a multi-site dealership operation.
• Strong understanding of dealership accounts, manufacturer reporting and automotive retail finance.
• Ideal candidates may hold AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications, or equivalent automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management and group accounts.
• Participate in monthly management meetings.
• Oversee financial transactions across multiple dealerships.
• Manage debtors and provide reporting analytics.
• Oversee working capital management and reporting.
• Supervise stock funding controls and balance sheet reconciliations.
