Job summary

Endeavour Automotive Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support Volvo Letchworth, Geely Letchworth and the Knebworth Prep Centre. The role focuses on financial control, management reporting and supporting commercial decisions across multiple sites.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, analyze performance against budgets, and work with dealership management to improve profitability. A bonus scheme and company car are included with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing monthly management accounts and management reporting.
• Understanding dealership financial performance, including margins and costs.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple site teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for allocated sites.
• Support month-end processes with accurate reporting.
• Analyse variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide financial insight to support commercial decisions.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger postings.
• Ensure reporting aligns with company procedures.
• Identify improvements in processes and controls.
• Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.
• Support operational teams to improve profitability.
