Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning across all operations and ensure jobs are allocated, attended, re-booked, or forwarded as necessary.
• Monitor scheduling systems to keep appointments and report failures to senior planners.
• Work with IT systems to match needs of different operational services.
• Be the first point of contact for operational teams via scheduling line and support customer calls.
• Plan work for inspections, repairs, and deliveries across services, prioritising emergencies and managing up to 30 operatives.
• Ensure work orders are scheduled within SLAs and KPIs, and contact customers about changes.
