Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking an Operational Trainer to partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams at Alfreton/South Normanton. You will deliver practical training, coaching and skills assessments to raise capability and performance across manufacturing functions.

You will design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions, run inductions and onboarding activities, and support apprenticeships and development opportunities while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and ownership in

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, development and coaching within a manufacturing environment or similar could be an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage learners at all levels and adapt training approaches to meet operational needs.
• Proven knowledge in designing, delivering and evaluating practical learning solutions.
• Practical hands-on approach with credibility with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and skills assessments to identify capability gaps.
• Design, deliver and evaluate practical training and development solutions.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, workshop, and workplace-based learning interventions.
• Coach and support colleagues, team leaders and managers to develop skills and confidence.
• Assess competence and contribute to training validation processes.
