Eurocell PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operational Trainer to partner with Manufacturing functions and People Business Partners to develop colleague capability across Manufacturing, Recycling and Supply Chain. This is a hands-on role focused on enabling managers to develop themselves and their teams through practical training, workplace coaching and skills assessments.

Competenze

• Experience delivering training and coaching in a manufacturing environment
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to engage learners at all levels and adapt training approaches
• Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate practical learning solutions
• Hands-on approach to build credibility with operational teams
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards is desirable
