Job summary

Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, covering North and East Yorkshire. The role supports the A&E Operations Management team with administrative tasks, correspondence and reporting, and requires handling sensitive information with professional discretion.

Job description

At Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) we aspire to deliver world class care to the communities we serve. In recent years we have demonstrated a strong track record of improving patient care across all of our services despite facing increasing challenges and demands.

We currently have a permanent opportunity within our A&E Operational Support Coordinator team, based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. The successful post holder will be expected to cover all locations within North and East Yorkshire, ensuring that provision is available five days per week to support the leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who can provide administrative support to the management team by contributing to a diverse range of tasks.

Main duties of the job

Act as an effective communication link between the A&E Operational Management team, stakeholders, patients, and the public, dealing appropriately with complex, sensitive, and confidential information.
