NatWest Group is seeking an Operational Risk Manager within C&I Business Risk to act as a subject matter expert for Level 2 and Level 3 operational risks across Commercial & Institutional. You will use insight and analysis to identify risk trends and opportunities for improvement, supporting better business outcomes.

• Experience in Operational Risk and Commercial Banking.
• Strong understanding of the EWRMF framework.
• Experience in Product & Transformation or Operations & Payments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross‑business relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage Level 2 Operational Risk exposure and monthly reporting; identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain Risk Appetite Statements and implement changes from the EWRMF framework.
• Support environmental and business change activities and cross‑RCSAs.
• Analyse emerging themes across Level 2 and Level 3 operational risk areas to inform decisions.
• Support franchise‑wide projects, attestations, working groups and governance activities.
