The role emphasizes analysing trends, identifying risk themes, and driving improvements by collaborating with Risk Partners and stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational Risk and Commercial Banking.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and EWRMF framework.
• Experience in Product & Transformation or Operations & Payments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist risk management support to Business Risk Partners across RCSAs, issue management and governance activities.
• Coordinate Level 2 Operational Risk Appetite reporting and analyze trends to identify themes and improvement opportunities.
• Support risk assessments and drive continuous improvement across the franchise.
