Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Business Risk Manager for NatWest Markets Public in London. You will act as a trusted point of contact, delivering real-time oversight of the end-to-end risk profile and contributing to Risk and Control Self-Assessments through proactive governance reporting.

You will analyse risk data, coordinate risk forums, and escalate emerging risks with recommendations to support safe growth and good customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-wide risk management frameworks including control design, governance, oversight and data analysis.
• Ability to translate policy requirements into day-to-day risk and control activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple lines of defence.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time oversight of the end-to-end risk profile for the supported business area.
• Support Risk and Control Self-Assessments and governance reporting for informed decision-making.
• Lead risk reporting into forums and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Track remediation, audit, and regulatory actions through to closure with strong evidence quality.
• Coordinate risk and control assessments and remediation plans.
