Job summary

Griffin is building out its Operational Resilience capabilities in the UK. You’ll own the supplier management framework, lead scenario tests, and help stand up our first-line controls assurance programme across operations and technology.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role reporting to the Operational Resilience Manager. We value written clarity and collaboration with engineering and leadership as we strengthen resilience and stay aligned with PRA/FCA requirements in a remote-first

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated financial services environment.
• Familiarity with PRA/FCA regulations on resilience and supplier management.
• Hands-on supplier/third-party management activities.
• Comfort working with technology teams and engineers.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the supplier management framework and map critical third parties.
• Design and run supplier failure scenario tests.
• Develop and stand up the first-line controls assurance programme.
• Embed resilience culture across Griffin with cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain alignment with PRA/FCA requirements and evolving regulations.
