Job summary

Brown & Brown UK is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to embed the resilience framework across the Retail Division. The role involves maintaining policy, conducting risk assessments, and leading annual scenario testing to ensure services stay within impact tolerances.

You will report to governance forums and drive improvements across multiple teams. The candidate should bring strong regulatory knowledge, senior stakeholder influence and a proven track record in operational resilience

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment and frameworks.
• Experience in Operational Resilience roles within UK regulated financial services firms.
• Ability to navigate problem areas and define solutions.
• Proven understanding of end-to-end processes including technology, servicing and customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operational resilience framework across the Retail Division.
• Maintain and mature the organisation’s Operational Resilience policy and strategy.
• Support IBS owners with mapping, MI and board reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments, business impact analysis and scenario planning.
• Oversee annual resilience testing of important business services.
• Prepare annual resilience plans and governance reporting.
• Lead on self-assessment reporting to the Brown & Brown Board.
• Communicate resilience risks across the business and influence outcomes.
