Job summary

Aviva is seeking an Operational Resilience Specialist – Scenario Testing in the UK to design and lead resilience testing across the business. You will facilitate scenario exercises, coordinate with business, technology and third‑party stakeholders, and turn testing findings into meaningful improvements.

You’ll report to senior leaders, participate in crisis on‑call, and help strengthen Aviva's resilience capabilities to meet evolving regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity or Technology Resilience.
• Ability to design and facilitate scenario tests, simulations and crisis exercises.
• Experience turning testing outcomes into improvements and reporting to senior leaders.
• Understanding of Important Business Services, impact tolerances and resilience mapping.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver a programme of resilience scenario testing across Aviva.
• Lead planning and facilitation of scenario exercises with business, tech and third parties.
• Identify vulnerabilities and assess resilience capabilities through testing activities.
• Provide executive reporting and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
