Job summary

iFAST Global Bank Limited is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience specialist to strengthen the bank's ability to withstand disruptions. You will develop, implement and refine our resilience framework in alignment with BoE, FCA and PRA expectations.

The role focuses on IBS identification, impact tolerances, and leading tests, audits, and third-party resilience assessments while coordinating across risk, compliance, IT and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business continuity or resilience.
• Experience in financial services/regulation.
• Knowledge of PRA/FCA/BoE SS1/21, PS6/21.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Operational Resilience Framework and policies.
• Coordinate audits and track actions to closure.
• Lead resilience testing, including scenario testing and crisis simulations.
• Embed resilience principles with IT, cyber security and risk teams.
