Job summary

TRIA in London is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to embed and mature resilience across the organisation. You will work with Technology, Operations and Risk to shape the resilience framework and safeguard critical services.

The role focuses on overseeing IBS and ensuring ongoing compliance with evolving FCA and PRA requirements, while driving resilience maturity in a changing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience embedding Operational Resilience frameworks from scratch.
• Strong understanding of FCA/PRA regulatory requirements, including SS1/21 and SS1/22.
• Experience identifying resilience risks and improving organisational resilience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Pragmatic approach with the ability to influence across the business.

Operational Resilience Manager

First Line Risk / Operational Resilience / FCA / PRA

Salary: +/- £85,000 + 15% Bonus

Location: London (2 days per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading insurance organisation undergoing an enterprise-wide digital transformation programme. The business is modernising its technology estate, moving to the cloud, implementing new tooling, and evolving the way it operates. As a result, Operational Resilience has become a key strategic priority, ensuring the organisation can continue to deliver critical services whilst meeting regulatory requirements.

As the Operational Resilience Manager, you'll play a key role in embedding and maturing Operational Resilience across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across Technology, Operations and Risk, you'll help shape the resilience framework, oversee Important Business Services (IBS), and ensure the organisation continues to meet evolving FCA and PRA regulatory requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building capability, influencing stakeholders and driving resilience maturity within a changing environment.

Experience Required:
