DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Operational Readiness Lead in Farnborough to bridge project delivery, service management, operations, and support. You will drive readiness activities, coordinate ORRs, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful handover to live environments.

The role requires strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge, proven service transition experience, and excellent communication with stakeholders across delivery and support teams.

Qualifications

• Strong ITIL knowledge and ITSM experience required.
• Experience in service transition and operational readiness processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, application, and support teams.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Lead Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR) for new and updated services.
• Develop operational readiness frameworks, processes, and governance.
• Ensure all operational acceptance criteria are met before go-live.
• Coordinate service transition activities across project and operations.
• Act as the operational readiness authority for deployments.
• Define and maintain OAT requirements and go-live readiness.
• Identify and manage operational risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure service documentation and support requirements are approved.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and ensure teams have required information.
• Validate support structures, escalation paths, and ownership.
• Assess resource and training needs for support teams.
