Job summary

DXC Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Delivery Lead in the Hampshire area to oversee end-to-end delivery of critical defence and aerospace programmes. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across Wintel, Linux, Virtualisation, DBA, Storage, Backup, Monitoring, and Tooling, ensuring contractual commitments and service maturity.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading multi-disciplined infrastructure teams in a managed services or service delivery environment.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrable experience delivering SLA-driven services with contractual obligations and penalty regimes.
Broad technical understanding across Wintel, Linux, Virtualisation, DBA, Storage, Backup, and Monitoring domains.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end delivery of assigned programmes, ensuring 100% SLA adherence across availability and service quality metrics.
Manage operational P&L, including revenue forecasting and cost control.
Oversee resource planning and demand forecasting to support project delivery.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence standards.
