Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Technical Transition Lead to drive end-to-end IT service transitions across cloud and on-premises environments. The role requires coordinating onboarding of services, exiting incumbents, and ensuring security and compliance for live operations.

You will lead risk management, testing, knowledge transfer, and provide technical reporting to executives. This is an onsite Hampshire-based opportunity with a strong focus on collaboration and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT service transitions in complex enterprise or multi-supplier environments.
• Itil 4, service transition, release management and service validation expertise.
• Understanding of hybrid cloud, data centres, compute, storage and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical transition plan and coordinate onboarding of DXC services.
• Act as the technical interface between DXC, incumbents, stakeholders and security teams.
• Provide technical oversight across cloud, on-premises, networks and ITSM.
• Ensure security, compliance and accreditation requirements are met.
• Lead operational readiness, testing, and knowledge transfer for live services.
• Manage risks, dependencies and transition issues through cutover and handover.
• Provide clear technical reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
