Job summary

NHS Jobs in Brighton is recruiting an Operational Lead to steer the urgent community response service. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across GPs, nurses, paramedics and therapists, ensuring patients are seen by the right professional at the right time, at home or in the community, seven days a week.

The role focuses on staff management, performance, and developing the service through supervision, quality improvement and interagency collaboration, with budget responsibility and flexible

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification and/or relevant management experience.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Evidence of leadership education/development or a willingness to undertake this.
• Management qualification or willingness to undertake

Responsibilities

• Lead the UCR MDT to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Coordinate daily team activities and monitor performance indicators.
• Support service development through reflective practice and quality improvement.
• Oversee staff management, supervision, and budget within the financial envelope.
